Information We Collect
We collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and payment details (processed securely by our payment partners) when you place an order. We also store any photos or text you upload for personalizing your gifts.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to process orders, print your custom designs, provide delivery updates, and respond to support requests. We may send order-related emails/SMS and, with your consent, occasional offers.
Uploaded Photos & Custom Designs
Photos and text you upload for customization are used solely to produce your order and are not shared with third parties or used for marketing without your explicit permission.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through PhonePe's secure payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials on our servers.
Data Sharing
We share order details only with delivery partners (for shipping) and payment gateways (for processing transactions) — never sold to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing infinitystorrggn@gmail.com.
